  • Minimum 7 years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience within luxury hotels, resorts, private clubs, or upscale restaurant environments
  • Proven success managing multiple restaurant outlets or high-volume dining operations
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labor costs, forecasting, and profitability
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop large hospitality teams
  • Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards, beverage programs, and restaurant operations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide strategic leadership and daily oversight for all hotel restaurant outlets and dining experiences
  • Ensure exceptional service standards, operational consistency, and guest satisfaction across all outlets
  • Develop and implement operating procedures that support efficiency, profitability, and luxury service expectations
  • Maintain a visible leadership presence during service periods, VIP experiences, and key events
  • Partner with culinary leadership to ensure seamless execution of menus, service standards, and guest experiences
  • Create memorable dining experiences aligned with luxury hospitality standards
  • Establish and maintain Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five Diamond service philosophies where applicable
  • Monitor guest feedback, online reviews, and service metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop personalized service strategies for VIP guests, repeat clientele, and high-profile visitors
  • Foster a culture of genuine hospitality and anticipatory service
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop restaurant leadership teams, including Restaurant Managers, Assistant Managers, and service professionals
  • Build a high-performing culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and professional growth
  • Conduct ongoing training on service standards, menu knowledge, beverage expertise, and guest engagement
  • Support succession planning and career development initiatives
  • Lead performance management processes and ensure consistent team expectations
  • Maintain responsibility for restaurant revenue, labor costs, operating expenses, and profitability
  • Develop strategies to increase covers, average check, guest frequency, and overall outlet performance
  • Partner with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, and Culinary teams to maximize business opportunities
  • Review financial reports, forecasts, and operating results to drive continuous improvement
  • Support menu pricing strategies, promotions, and special dining events
  • Partner with Executive Chef and Beverage leadership to enhance restaurant concepts and offerings
  • Support wine, cocktail, and specialty dining programs
  • Ensure teams maintain strong product knowledge and confidently communicate menu offerings
  • Participate in culinary events, wine dinners, and promotional activations
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
  • Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and facility presentation
  • Oversee scheduling, labor deployment, inventory controls, and operational procedures
  • Support hotel quality assurance programs, inspections, and brand standards
