This particular role is a key management position within the food and beverage (F&B) sector of JW Marriott Chicago, located at 540 N Michigan Avenue, Illinois. The role is full-time and involves managing all aspects of restaurant operations daily, including restaurants, bars, and room service. As a department head, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with culinary and F&B management teams to ensure the seamless execution of operations, continuously improving guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing financial performance. This position offers an annual salary range between $100,000 and $133,000 and is eligible for bonuses, reflecting the important leadership and operational role within the hotel.

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
