Job Requirements

  • minimum 4 to 6 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related field

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 6 years of relevant experience or 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field with 4 years of experience

Job Duties

  • Manage all restaurant operations including restaurants, bars, and room service
  • direct and collaborate with food and beverage and culinary management teams

  • maintain service and sanitation standards
  • oversee booking and service of events and hospitality suites
  • ensure compliance with food and liquor laws
  • recruit, train, and manage staff
