This opportunity is for a full-time Management role within the Food and Beverage & Culinary department, offering an annual pay range of $82,000 to $114,000, with bonus eligibility. The position is not remote and requires presence on-site to effectively oversee operations. The key responsibility of this role is to manage all restaurant operations and staff daily, including restaurants, bars, and room service. As a department head, you will work closely with food and beverage and culinary management teams to ensure the smooth execution of all restaurant-related activities.

In this role, you will be instrumental in continually improving both guest and employee satisfaction, striving to elevate service standards while maximizing financial performance in your areas of responsibility. You will lead service and sanitation standards enforcement, manage budgets and controllable expenses, oversee event bookings, and ensure compliance with all applicable food handling, liquor laws, and property policies. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be fostering a positive team atmosphere based on mutual respect, integrity, and excellent customer service. You will also serve as a role model in guest hospitality, providing top-tier customer interactions and feedback responses.

The role demands comprehensive knowledge of customer service principles, economics and accounting related to food and beverage operations, and critical thinking abilities to analyze data, anticipate risks, and develop effective business strategies. The manager will also take responsibility for human resource functions such as hiring, training, performance appraisal, and conflict resolution to maintain a well-functioning team aligned with the hotel's strategic objectives.

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
