We are currently seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Restaurant and Event Operations. This full-time management position is crucial for overseeing the lobby bar and banquet operations at the hotel. The Director will manage multiple food and beverage outlets, develop new menus, design unique guest experiences, and ensure the highest service standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate should bring a passion for food and hospitality, a sharp eye for operational detail, and a proven ability to lead and motivate teams successfully. The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 annually.
