The role of Director of Resort Activities at Montage International offers a dynamic opportunity to lead and innovate within the Resort’s Recreation Department. The Director oversees a diverse portfolio including naturalist programming, guided experiences, children’s programming (Paintbox), corporate group activities, as well as pool, beach, and cabana operations. Additionally, this role manages gear rental services, community and vendor relations, and retail operations, orchestrating year-long programs that delight guests and members alike.
