Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in hotel or property operations management
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations
  • Experience with capital project management
  • Proficiency in energy management and conservation programs
  • Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple priorities
