The Director of Production & Event Technology role at the Waco Convention Center is a vital position that drives both operational excellence and the strategic growth of AV services within the venue. This full-time, in-person position requires daily leadership of all production and event technology operations on-site. - 3-7+ years of experience in live event production or AV management
- prior experience leading technical teams
- excellent knowledge of AV systems and equipment
- ability to manage multiple events and meet deadlines
- strong communication and organizational skills
- physical ability to lift 50+ lbs
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- must be able to work on-site in Waco, Texas
- must have audio visual experience
