Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 5-7 years of management experience in the contract foodservice industry with at least 3 years in premium services or the equivalent in a sports and entertainment venue
  • Must be available to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have experience with Appetize and NCR/Quest point-of-sales systems
  • Must be customer service oriented
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Must be flexible to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays including all games and major stadium events

Job Qualifications

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Unwavering commitment to delivering a high level of customer and client service with demonstrated initiative, leadership and management skills
  • Customer service oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of Legends and management
  • Experience with Appetize and NCR/Quest point-of-sales systems is required
  • Knowledge of accounting policy and procedures is preferred
  • Experience in a union work environment preferred
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
  • Must be flexible to work extended hours including late nights, weekends, holidays, games and major stadium events

Job Duties

  • Manage all facets of premium food and beverage operations to achieve operational budgets and manage monthly profit and loss statements
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to staff responsible for executing the premium business plan
  • Achieve planned costs in labor and cost of goods sold and work within budgeted guidelines
  • Develop annual operating budget and conduct quarterly reviews versus plan
  • Provide quality service and excellent products while maintaining positive customer and client relations and prudent financial practices
  • Oversee monthly inventory for premium services operations
  • Establish and maintain proper safety and sanitation procedures and create working relationships with local health officials
  • Ensure proper operational condition of all food service equipment and integrate technology for a seamless guest experience
  • Work closely with subcontractors to meet operational needs and contract terms
  • Develop new concepts that serve guest desires and incorporate industry trends
  • Recruit, interview, hire, train, and further develop event service staff
  • Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and compliance training
  • Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management
  • Adhere to Legends Global and venue company policies
  • Complete other duties assigned by management
  • Available to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
