As a District Manager, you will execute Aramark's General Management program, focusing on growth, cost management, productivity, team leadership, and meeting financial goals. Your success will be measured by key indicators such as revenue growth, earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT), margin enhancement, consumer satisfaction, client loyalty, and employee engagement. The position requires frequent travel within the district to various client sites, ensuring hands-on leadership presence and fostering strong client relationships.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years of leadership experience with P&L responsibility in relevant industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel frequently within the district
- Demonstrated skills in client relationship management and operational excellence
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams
- Knowledge of safety, health, and labor regulations
- Comfortable working with financial metrics and operational systems
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience, typically over 5-10 years including profit and loss responsibility within hospitality, retail, facilities, direct store delivery or food and beverage industries
- Demonstrated leadership skills with broad knowledge of management practices, business judgement and client/consumer interaction
- Ability to hire, assess, develop and grow talent
- Comfortable reading and implementing contractual requirements with operational insights
- Established communication and teamwork skills across all organization levels
- Proven success in repeatable business models including change and turnaround initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree in business or related field preferred
Job Duties
- Establish overall ownership and accountability of operational management and financial performance of multiple accounts and units
- Model key leadership behaviors and ensure the highest levels of safety, quality and service excellence
- Coach and mentor employees by crafting a shared understanding of goals

- Understand supply chain and procurement processes and ensure authorized supplier use
- Ensure unit managers maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Follow all policies, rules and regulations relating to safety, health, and wage and hour
