Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of recent acute care hospital pharmacy operational leadership experience
- Virginia pharmacist license or eligibility
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and operational practices
