Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple restaurant outlets
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office
- Commitment to uphold health, safety and sanitation regulations
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
- Proven leadership experience in multi-outlet restaurant or food and beverage management
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Exceptional guest service and communication skills
- Experience in team development and performance management
- Familiarity with health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards
- Ability to develop and execute marketing and revenue strategies
Job Duties
- Ensure seamless operations by planning and directing all aspects of restaurant operations including systems management, budgeting, forecasting, product quality, cost controls, and policy implementation ensuring alignment with business goals and profitability targets
- Shape guest satisfaction strategies by defining and implementing innovative guest service standards and initiatives, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving solutions to enhance the guest experience
- Drive outlet performance by providing leadership support to outlet managers to ensure high-quality standards are met across all food and beverage service areas, supporting daily operations and driving continuous improvements
- Maximize revenue opportunities by developing and implementing strategies to promote restaurant food, beverages, and services in alignment with food and beverage marketing programs
- Cultivate a high-performing team by driving engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
- Ensure regulatory excellence by upholding compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, fostering a culture committed to the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
