As a part of the Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach embodies the brand's mission: "We Care for People So They Can Be their Best." This mission fosters a workplace environment dedicated to the professional growth and satisfaction of its associates, along with unmatched guest experiences.

The position of Director of Outlets at Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach offers a unique leadership opportunity within the resort's food and beverage department, which is a vital component of the guest experience. This full-time role, with a salary range from $91,200 to $136,800 annually, involves overseeing all food and beverage outlets throughout the property, primarily focusing on the resort's two full-service restaurants, Watertable and Pete's Sunset Grille. Moreover, the Director ensures Hyatt's brand standards and service quality are maintained through daily oversight, including walk-through inspections and compliance with Department of Health regulations. Effectively resolving customer complaints and implementing procedures that enhance guest and associate satisfaction are key elements of the role. This is a dynamic and rewarding career opportunity that requires an energetic, entrepreneurial leader who thrives in a high-volume hospitality setting and is dedicated to exceptional customer service and business growth. Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach offers not only a spectacular workplace location but also a supportive culture rich with career development opportunities, comprehensive benefits, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion, making it an ideal choice for individuals seeking a challenging and fulfilling hospitality career.
