Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum six years of progressive food and beverage management experience
- At least four years of supervisory or shift leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or resort environment
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lead large teams and mentor staff effectively
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in fast-paced environments
- Must embody professional integrity and company core values
Job Qualifications
- Six plus years of progressive experience in food and beverage, culinary, or hospitality management
- Four plus years of supervisory or shift leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or resort environment
- Flexible schedule—must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to effectively mentor, motivate, and develop teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a calm and professional approach under pressure
- Embody core values
- Previous experience in hotel food and beverage management, luxury or lifestyle preferred
- Experience in multi-outlet operations, including restaurant, bar, lounge, and in-room dining
- Experience opening new venues
- Experience in developing training programs or leading large teams
- Experience with inventory systems, POS platforms, and scheduling software
- Local market knowledge and familiarity
Job Duties
- Oversee and support all day-to-day operations across restaurant, bars, and in-room dining
