The Director of Operations role at Aramark is a senior leadership position responsible for planning, managing, and directing contracted services for multiple sites that typically generate between $2 million and $15 million or more in revenue. This position requires overseeing contracted services that may include food service, facilities support, custodial services, retail, lodging, transportation, and other essential operational areas depending on the client’s needs. As a Director of Operations, you will lead and mentor a capable team focused on delivering excellent service and operational expertise. You will be responsible for aligning operations with the client’s business objectives, building positive client relationships, and driving customer satisfaction.

This role demands a strong understanding of financial management, operational productivity, and safety standards. In collaboration with finance teams, the Director of Operations will manage budgets and implement improvements aimed at optimizing financial performance. The Director will also ensure consistent compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and uphold Aramark’s operational, safety, and business conduct standards. This leadership position requires an entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to build and grow business operations, and proficiency in managing contractor relationships.
