Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10-15+ years of experience in food manufacturing leadership
- Experience managing multiple manufacturing sites
- Knowledge of USDA/FDA regulations and food safety systems
- Experience with HACCP, FSMA, GMPs, and sanitation programs
- Proven leadership managing large teams and plant operations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced production environments
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred)
- 10-15+ years of food manufacturing leadership experience
- Experience managing multiple manufacturing sites
- Strong knowledge of USDA/FDA regulations and food safety systems
- Experience with HACCP, FSMA, GMPs, and sanitation programs
- Proven leadership experience managing large teams and plant operations
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, production environments
Job Duties
- Lead and manage multi-site manufacturing operations
- Provide leadership and direction to plant managers and site leadership teams
- Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and production performance
- Ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, HACCP, FSMA, and GMP standards
- Oversee food safety, sanitation, and quality programs
- Lead capital projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives
- Partner with quality, supply chain, engineering, and HR teams
- Develop and implement operational strategies and performance metrics
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
- Build and develop leadership teams and succession plans
