Job Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive leadership experience within Food and Beverage and/or Rooms
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage and drive guest experience
- experience with standards and operating procedures development
- proven coaching and team management abilities
- knowledge of hotel operations and budgeting
- commitment to brand standards and guest satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- 6+ years of progressive Hyatt divisional leadership experience within Food and Beverage and/or Rooms
- ability to lead and manage the guest experience throughout all hotel operations
- experience developing standards and operating procedures
- demonstrated ability to coach and lead others to reflect Hyatt service standards and procedures
Job Duties
- Oversee Rooms and Food & Beverage divisions
- train and coach direct reports
- execute decisions to drive Hyatt's purpose and brand goals
- ensure compliance with brand standards in all hotel operations
- foster colleague engagement
- understand and respond to guest needs
- maximize hotel revenue
- plan and manage short- and long-term hotel operations
- develop and recommend budgets, concepts, and objectives
- coordinate major projects, capital expenditures, and equipment changes
