Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality food service or business management
- 5 to 10 plus years of experience in food and beverage operations preferably in a high-volume venue
- Proven leadership experience managing large teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- 5 to 10 plus years of experience in food and beverage operations preferably in a high-volume venue arena stadium convention center or similar
- Proven leadership experience managing large teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability
- Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Experience in multi-unit or large-scale venue operations
- Familiarity with premium hospitality services clubs suites VIP experiences
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management tools
Job Duties
- Oversee all food and beverage operations including concessions clubs warehouse
- Lead hire train and develop a large event-based workforce and management team
- Manage inventory purchasing and vendor relationships to ensure product quality and cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all health safety and sanitation standards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue improve speed of service and enhance the fan experience
- Analyze financial performance including sales labor costs and profit margins and adjust operations accordingly
- Collaborate with arena leadership team partners and marketing to align offerings with fan demographics and event needs
- Oversee execution for a wide range of events adapting operations based on attendance audience and event type
