RTI is currently seeking a Director of Project Operations to join their Golden Triangle market team. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of projects while managing and developing a team of Operations Project Managers (OPMs) within the assigned territory. The Director plays a critical role in ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with RTI's core behaviors and mission. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, capable of coordinating complex projects and fostering strong client relationships. The Director will be instrumental in prioritizing workloads, conducting performance reviews, facilitating work-life balance discussions, and leading training initiatives for new OPMs. Additionally, this leader will review chemical cleaning plans, perform field supervision during critical projects, and ensure that safety protocols are rigorously followed.

The role demands strong collaboration with business development leaders, managing project schedules, chemistry allocation, and staffing needs. The Director will regularly interface with client teams across maintenance, operations, engineering, and turnaround functions to continuously improve cleaning plans and shutdown procedures.
