Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Management, Hotel Management, Finance or equivalent experience preferred
- English fluency required
- Minimum five years of progressive leadership experience in resort operations
- Ability to analyze profit and loss statements and related reports
- Computer knowledge required
- Working knowledge of accounting systems and property management systems

Job Duties
- Direct and oversee daily operations of Food & Beverage and Golf departments

- Participate in the development and execution of annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans with the General Manager and department leaders
