We are currently seeking a proven multi-unit restaurant leader to join our leadership team, an opportunity ideal for a high-performing Director of Operations, Area Coach, District Manager, or multi-unit leader with an outstanding track record. This role demands consistent delivery of results, strong management team development, and the ability to drive business performance across multiple locations. As a leader within our franchise organization, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing the operational and financial success of several Burger King and Arby's restaurants, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and adherence to brand and safety standards.

This position offers the unique chance to work directly with ownership and senior leadership, fostering a collaborative environment that values your input and leadership style. Moreover, you will engage in hands-on leadership, spending time in restaurants, coaching and developing District Managers and General Managers to elevate team performance. Your focus on profitability, sales growth, labor management, food cost control, and managing controllable expenses will be pivotal in enhancing overall operational metrics, often exceeding franchise system averages.
