The Director of Operations will be responsible for enforcing operational and system standards across all restaurant locations while driving recruitment, retention, and succession planning for management roles. This individual will foster a culture marked by hard work, generosity, and collaboration, coaching supervisors and management teams to consistently deliver outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness. As a key leader, the Director will lead continuous improvement efforts across financial performance, human resources, and guest experience metrics. This includes achieving and exceeding annual profit and loss targets by balancing sales growth with cost control. Furthermore, the role requires cultivating strong community ties through brand ambassadorship and local marketing outreach. Effective organizational practices such as scheduling, planning, and goal-setting will be developed and enforced to optimize operations. Ideal candidates will bring more than five years of quick-service restaurant experience, particularly in multi-unit management, with proven success in operational leadership and results delivery. Mastery of regulatory compliance, technology systems including POS network management, and a disciplined yet adaptable approach to leadership are essential. Possession of a current HU Certificate is required. Job Requirements

  • 5+ years prior quick-service restaurant experience with 5+ years of multi-unit management
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable results in operations
  • Strong, authentic communication and team engagement skills
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and decisive with excellent multi-tasking ability
  • Disciplined approach to setting priorities and driving performance improvements
  • Deep understanding of regulatory requirements including employee safety, immigration, non-discrimination, workers’ compensation, and food safety
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to manage POS network and hardware systems and troubleshoot technology issues
  • Current possession of HU Certificate required
  • Demonstrated personal integrity, high energy, self-motivation, and commitment to core values
