Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 years experience in event management, food and beverage, sales and marketing, or related professional area
  • OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • 2 years experience in event management, food and beverage, sales and marketing, or related professional area
  • Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to comply with all relevant health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in event management, food and beverage, sales, or marketing
  • OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years experience
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Experience in budget management and revenue generation
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and event planning

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement departmental strategies
  • Ensure seamless execution of all property events from sales to operations
  • Lead and manage the Meetings and Special Events team
  • Conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure client satisfaction and quality standards
  • Manage event budgets and maximize financial performance
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
