Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- minimum five years related experience in restaurant marketing
- experience managing casual dining and quick service restaurant marketing
- strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- ability to travel up to 10 percent including overnight stays
- willingness to work in-person at West Palm Beach HQ
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- minimum of five years related experience overseeing multiple restaurant units
- experience in casual dining and quick-serve restaurant marketing
- strong business acumen with analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- excellent collaboration and guest relationship skills
- functional expertise in marketing and the restaurant industry
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- ability to prioritize and make decisions under pressure
Job Duties
- Generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing strategies
- develop aligned marketing plans supporting product development and sales efforts
- create programs with measurable objectives using data and analytics
- lead and implement the digital strategy including email marketing, loyalty programs, SEO, and social media
- plan and manage marketing budgets
- oversee marketing suppliers and vendor relationships
- maintain consistent brand image and communication internally and externally
- conduct segmentation, competitive analysis, lead generation, product and marketing development, and strategic planning
- coach and mentor the marketing team to implement short and long-term strategies
- oversee development of new products
- participate in special projects and initiatives as requested
