The Director of Marketing at TooJay's is a pivotal leadership role based in the headquarters located in West Palm Beach, Florida. This fully in-office position is ideal for a seasoned marketing professional passionate about the food and restaurant industry, especially in casual and quick-serve dining segments. The Director of Marketing serves as TooJay's brand champion, responsible for spearheading growth initiatives that cover all segments including dine-in, to-go, and catering services. This role involves close collaboration with the CEO to identify key growth opportunities, develop new market strategies, and execute comprehensive marketing plans aimed at expanding TooJay's reach to new guests and demographics as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
As the leader of the marketing team, the Director oversees all aspects of marketing operations including advertising, digital and social media, promotions, loyalty club management, brand standards, and in-store marketing efforts. A critical component of the role is driving revenue growth by creating and executing marketing strategies that align with product development and sales goals. The Director uses data-driven insights, analytics, and market intelligence to design programs with clear, quantifiable objectives to measure success. They manage marketing budgets, external agencies, vendor relationships, and media partnerships to optimize brand exposure and effectiveness.
The role also requires a strategic mindset to engage in segmentation, competitive analysis, prospecting, lead generation, and product marketing development. The Director coaches and mentors the marketing team, fostering professional growth, collaboration, and innovative thinking. They actively oversee the launch of new products and special marketing initiatives that support the company’s overall expansion objectives. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- minimum five years related experience in restaurant marketing
- experience managing casual dining and quick service restaurant marketing
- strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- ability to travel up to 10 percent including overnight stays
- willingness to work in-person at West Palm Beach HQ
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- minimum of five years related experience overseeing multiple restaurant units
- experience in casual dining and quick-serve restaurant marketing

Job Duties
