Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum five years of related marketing experience
  • Experience overseeing multiple restaurant units
  • Experience in casual dining and quick serve restaurant marketing
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Ability to travel up to 10% including overnight stays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Ability to work in-office in West Palm Beach, Florida

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Minimum of five years of marketing experience in casual dining and quick-serve restaurants
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media management
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Job Duties

  • Generate revenue by increasing sales through marketing strategies
  • Develop marketing plans aligned with product development and sales efforts
  • Use data and analytics to measure marketing program results
  • Lead and implement digital marketing strategies including email marketing, SEO, and social media
  • Manage marketing budgets according to organizational goals
  • Oversee relationships with marketing agencies, vendors, and partners
  • Ensure consistent brand image and communication internally and externally
  • Develop market analysis, segmentation, and competitive strategies
  • Mentor and manage the marketing team
  • Oversee new product development
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed
