Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum five years of related marketing experience
- Experience overseeing multiple restaurant units
- Experience in casual dining and quick serve restaurant marketing
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Ability to travel up to 10% including overnight stays
- Strong communication skills
- Proven leadership abilities
- Ability to work in-office in West Palm Beach, Florida
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Minimum of five years of marketing experience in casual dining and quick-serve restaurants
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software
- Experience with digital marketing and social media management
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Job Duties
- Generate revenue by increasing sales through marketing strategies
- Develop marketing plans aligned with product development and sales efforts
- Use data and analytics to measure marketing program results
- Lead and implement digital marketing strategies including email marketing, SEO, and social media
- Manage marketing budgets according to organizational goals
- Oversee relationships with marketing agencies, vendors, and partners
- Ensure consistent brand image and communication internally and externally
- Develop market analysis, segmentation, and competitive strategies
- Mentor and manage the marketing team
- Oversee new product development
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed
