Guided by our core values of Faith, Servant Leadership, Stewardship, Integrity, Innovation, and Joy, we emphasize a nurturing atmosphere for both residents and staff, fostering growth, community, and well-being. We pride ourselves on building a community that respects each individual's unique needs and aspirations, ensuring that aging is approached with dignity, care, and purpose.
The role offered is a dynamic leadership position within our community focused on resident-centered programming and services. As a key member of the Directors' Team, this position is integral to the heart of our community leadership, driving initiatives that impact residents' daily lives positively. This position carries oversight responsibilities across multiple service domains such as programming, transportation, salon, and concierge functions, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for every resident. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supervisory roles, particularly with a focus on adult education and event planning, bringing creativity and operational excellence to the table.
This role is more than just a job - it is a mission-driven opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of older adults by developing engaging and innovative programs tailored to their interests, emotional, and social needs. Through strategic planning, evaluation, and collaboration, the individual will ensure high-quality services that foster community engagement and personal growth. Responsibilities include monitoring budgets, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, managing staff development, and forging vital community partnerships to expand the resources and opportunities available to residents.
We value a hands-on leader who champions innovation and quality, cultivating a supportive culture that prioritizes safety, respect, and resident convenience. Joining our team means becoming part of a community that supports professional growth, values diverse perspectives, and encourages joyful, purposeful living. Those passionate about making a meaningful impact, working in a supportive and collaborative environment, and positively influencing the lives of residents are highly encouraged to apply.
