Working at Hilton means joining a team where integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a focus on the present moment are valued qualities that drive success.

As a Director of Human Resources at Hilton, you will play a crucial role in leading the HR function within a hotel setting. You will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the hotel's overall business goals and ensuring compliance with both corporate policies and local employment laws. Your leadership will be essential in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent through workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and engagement initiatives.

This role requires you to oversee comprehensive talent management programs, including training, performance evaluations, and succession planning to support the career growth of hotel employees. Managing team member relations is another critical aspect of your responsibilities, where you will provide guidance on conflict resolution, labor contract adherence, and grievance handling. Additionally, you will manage the enforcement of HR policies, wage and benefit administration, and workplace safety standards.

As the HR leader, you will also support the hotel's financial objectives by developing and managing the HR budget to ensure efficient resource use without compromising operational effectiveness. You will drive a culture of high performance, engagement, and retention by implementing professional development and recognition programs that motivate and inspire your team.

Joining Hilton means becoming part of a company that not only values exceptional guest experiences but also prioritizes the growth and well-being of its employees. Hilton offers a dynamic and supportive work environment where your leadership in human resources can make a meaningful impact, helping both team members and guests have memorable and rewarding experiences.
