As an Executive Housekeeper at Tenaya Lodge, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of housekeepers to ensure the entire resort maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and guest readiness at all times. Your leadership will extend to hiring, training, and scheduling housekeepers as well as conducting thorough performance evaluations and managing the housekeeping budget. This role is pivotal to the overall guest experience, as cleanliness and attention to detail are critical components in maintaining Tenaya Lodge’s reputation as a premier outdoor hospitality destination. Your duties will include maintaining the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all housekeeping reports and projects are completed on schedule, and monitoring expenses and payroll to align with operational budgets. Additionally, you will conduct regular inspections of housekeeping standards throughout the property and implement corrective measures when necessary. A valid driver’s license is required as you will also be tasked with driving company vehicles around the resort grounds.

The Executive Housekeeper position at Tenaya Lodge offers an anticipated base salary range of $70,304 to $88,400 per year, along with an annual bonus plan that rewards both company and individual performance.
