The Executive Housekeeper role at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite is pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and overall guest satisfaction throughout the resort. This position focuses on leading and managing a dedicated housekeeping team to ensure every guest encounter reflects the resort’s quality and hospitality standards. With a competitive salary range between $70,304 and $88,400 annually, plus an annual bonus program or a role-based sales incentive plan, the role is both rewarding and offers career advancement potential. This position includes responsibilities such as hiring, training, and supervising housekeeping personnel, managing inventory and supplies, conducting inspections, and overseeing budgets and payroll to maintain operational efficiency. Physical stamina is also essential as the role involves being on your feet, performing various physical tasks, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. - working knowledge of cleaning utensils dryers washers tools fixtures and cleaning solvents

Job Duties
- lead and manage a team of housekeepers including hiring training scheduling and performance management and evaluation
- maintain an inventory of supplies order and distribute supplies and equipment
- ensure that all reports orders and projects are completed
- monitor and control expenses and payroll while ensuring proper resources are in place
- conduct housekeeping inspections and take corrective action as needed
- ability to drive company vehicles throughout the property
