The Executive Housekeeper role at Tenaya Lodge offers an exciting leadership opportunity within this prestigious resort environment. This full-time position comes with a competitive base salary ranging from $70,304 to $88,400 per year, along with additional compensation through annual bonuses based on company and individual performance or an uncapped sales incentive plan. Relocation assistance and temporary housing are available to ease the transition for candidates moving to Fish Camp. The Executive Housekeeper will lead a dedicated housekeeping team responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall readiness of the entire resort to ensure guests enjoy a superior hospitality experience. This fast-paced role demands strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a hands-on approach to team management, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and resource allocation. Responsibilities also encompass inventory control, expense monitoring, payroll management, and conducting thorough housekeeping inspections to uphold quality standards.
