The Executive Housekeeper role at Tenaya Lodge offers an exciting leadership opportunity within this prestigious resort environment. This full-time position comes with a competitive base salary ranging from $70,304 to $88,400 per year, along with additional compensation through annual bonuses based on company and individual performance or an uncapped sales incentive plan. Relocation assistance and temporary housing are available to ease the transition for candidates moving to Fish Camp. The Executive Housekeeper will lead a dedicated housekeeping team responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall readiness of the entire resort to ensure guests enjoy a superior hospitality experience. This fast-paced role demands strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a hands-on approach to team management, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and resource allocation. Responsibilities also encompass inventory control, expense monitoring, payroll management, and conducting thorough housekeeping inspections to uphold quality standards. Candidates should bring at least five years of supervisory experience, a working knowledge of cleaning tools and safety procedures, and possess a valid driver's license for on-property vehicle operation. Physical demands include frequent standing, walking, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary. Flexible shifts covering days, holidays, evenings, and weekends are part of the role. Job Requirements

- at least five years of experience managing a team
- working knowledge of various cleaning utensils, dryers, washers, tools, fixtures, and cleaning solvents
- knowledge of how to use Material Safety Data Sheets for cleaning solvents
- no degree required
- must possess a valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Lead and manage a team of housekeepers including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management and evaluation
- maintain an inventory of supplies and order and distribute supplies and equipment
- ensure that all reports, orders, and projects are completed
- monitor and control expenses and payroll while ensuring proper resources are in place
- conduct housekeeping inspections and take corrective action as needed
- drive company vehicles throughout the property
