Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in housekeeping or hotel operations management
  • Proven leadership experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control
  • Understanding of compliance with health and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Lead housekeeping operations, including system management, budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, and policy implementation
  • Ensure high quality standards of cleanliness, service, and product quality in guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting areas
  • Collaborate with Property Operations and other departments on rehabilitation and capital improvement projects
  • Cultivate a high-performing team through engagement, retention, performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
  • Uphold regulatory compliance, emphasizing health and safety standards and proper chemical usage
