- Proficiency in housekeeping software and technology
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends as needed

- Develop and implement strategic plans for housekeeping operations
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the housekeeping department
- Ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards
- Train, mentor, and inspire a team of housekeeping professionals
- Implement and maintain efficient operational processes
- Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and expectations
- Manage budgets, inventory, and procurement of housekeeping supplies
- Monitor and evaluate department performance and implement improvements
