Tenaya Lodge is a renowned 4-diamond resort beautifully nestled just outside the south entrance of Yosemite National Park. The Executive Housekeeper for Tenaya Lodge plays a crucial leadership role managing the housekeeping department to ensure the resort provides immaculate, sanitized, and welcoming accommodations for all guests. As the leader of the housekeeping team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including the hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations of housekeepers. You will manage inventory, ordering, and distribution of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring the team is equipped to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the resort property.

This position also requires diligent monitoring and controlling of expenses and payroll to maintain budgetary compliance while securing adequate resources. Regular housekeeping inspections and immediate corrective actions are essential to meet quality standards that enhance the guest experience. Furthermore, the ability to operate company vehicles to oversee property-wide housekeeping efforts will be part of the role.

This Executive Housekeeper position is full-time and comes with a competitive pay range of $70,304 to $88,400 annually, accompanied by an annual bonus plan that rewards performance based on individual, company, and location goals.
