Leading recruitment, training, development, and retention programs for hotel team members is a crucial responsibility, as is overseeing performance management processes to ensure the team consistently meets established standards.

Compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies is paramount. The Director of Hotel works closely with other division directors, such as the Director of Housekeeping and Director of Revenue, to maintain service quality and operational excellence. Additionally, this role coordinates with sales and marketing teams as well as spa and food and beverage departments to drive occupancy and revenue growth while delivering a unified guest experience.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive senior leadership experience in luxury hotel or resort operations, preferably in AAA Five Diamond settings, and have the versatility to manage a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
