Within this dynamic organization, the role of Director of Healthcare Support Services stands as a pivotal leadership position responsible for steering the operational and financial aspects of Healthcare Food & Nutrition Services and Environmental Services (EVS) across a national portfolio of acute care and specialty hospital accounts. This senior-level position demands a hands-on approach in managing multi-site teams and collaborating with Operations, Sales, and executive leadership to deliver consistent service excellence, regulatory compliance, and optimal financial performance. Strong client relationships and strategic problem-solving are central to this role, ensuring sustained account retention and growth. The Director must navigate complex healthcare environments, implement best practices, and uphold high standards of service that align with both client expectations and healthcare regulations. Additionally, this role is integral in managing contract compliance, labor relations in unionized settings, and driving projects related to account startups, service transitions, and operational enhancements.

The compensation package for this position ranges from $135,000 to $160,000 annually, reflecting the candidate's education, skills, and experience, with eligibility for performance bonuses and incentives.
