We are currently seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Director of Rooms to join our growing team. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standard of hospitality that defines Schulte Companies. As the Director of Rooms, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the rooms department operations, including Front Desk and Housekeeping management, budget planning, team leadership, and guest satisfaction initiatives. In this role, the Director of Rooms will be instrumental in driving the success of our properties by accurately forecasting revenue, managing budgets, and ensuring operational efficiency. You will lead the recruitment, training, and mentoring of staff, coordinate staffing schedules, and directly engage with guests to provide exceptional service and timely resolution of any concerns. Your responsibilities also include partnering with maintenance teams and suppliers, maintaining compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations, and upholding the highest standards of room inspections and service delivery.

Job Requirements
- Previous experience in Front Office and Housekeeping operations as a Director or above
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or Business preferred or equivalent experience
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong financial management capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with OnQ, Hilton systems, and Alice preferred
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in Front Office and Housekeeping operations as a Director or above at a similar size and type of hotel
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or Business preferred or equivalent experience
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team
- Excellent attention to detail

- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- High level of experience in OnQ, Hilton systems, and Alice preferred

- Work with colleagues to deliver inspirational service to guests and associates
