Job Requirements
- 7 plus years of food service and beverage experience
- B.S. in Food Services Technology/Management or related field or A.A. degree with 7 plus years of relevant experience
- 5 plus years of food service operational management experience including inventory and purchasing
- ANSI approved Food Protection Management Certification
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory, leadership, or coaching role
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

- B.S. in Food Services Technology/Management or related field or A.A. degree with 7 plus years of relevant experience
- 5 plus years of food service operational management experience including inventory and purchasing

- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Experience with P&L accountability and financial performance management preferred
- Deep knowledge of food trends, quality standards, sanitation, and cost controls preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and relevant software applications preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards by maintaining vendor relationships and overseeing third-party sanitation inspections
- Maintain and update all food safety protocols including HACCIP plans and corrective action dashboards
- Monitor and document local health department inspections and follow-ups
- Manage food safety documentation storage and compliance tracking
- Own nutritional labeling, allergen disclosures, and regulatory requirements for the full menu
- Identify root causes of food service injuries and implement solutions to reduce frequency
- Promote high safety standards through equipment selection and employee education
- Analyze food service sales to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor in-store execution through reporting and coaching
- Lead new product development leveraging industry trends
- Develop and execute food service promotions coordinating operational support
- Collaborate with suppliers to secure pricing and improve margins
- Maintain and update food cost models and pricing to meet cost targets
- Analyze ingredient movement, waste, and sales data to optimize product mix
- Drive process improvements to maximize yield and reduce labor impact
- Reduce labor costs by optimizing kitchen layout and equipment utilization
- Manage operating supply costs through sourcing and process improvements
- Support preventive maintenance plans for equipment
- Integrate safety procedures to minimize workers' compensation claims
- Collaborate with design teams to optimize kitchen equipment and layout
- Vet and recommend equipment aligned with operational efficiency
- Oversee development and updates for customer self-service and kitchen production systems
- Design and maintain food service systems for labeling and compliance
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to analyze and communicate metrics
- Collaborate on food service training initiatives and leadership programs
- Support training for district, store, and front-line leaders
- Monitor implementation of food service training in the field
- Conduct competitive research and benchmarking
- Stay informed on national food trends through industry events
- Monitor innovation across food and convenience retail
- Uphold the company's mission and brand standards
- Perform other projects as assigned
- Supervise Operations Project Administrator providing direction and setting priorities
