The company places strong emphasis on innovation in menu development, cost control, and employee development, ensuring a balanced approach that supports both business objectives and the health and wellbeing of its customers.

The open position of Director of Food and Nutrition at The Nutrition Group is a critical leadership role responsible for managing the daily operations of a K-12 school cafeteria. This position is designed to support a healthy work-life balance, with a Monday through Friday schedule during daylight hours, no nights, weekends, or holiday shifts, which uniquely positions the job as an attractive opportunity for professionals seeking stable and family-friendly work hours. The role offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including company-paid individual health coverage, dental and vision options, a 401k plan with company match, life insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, training, development opportunities, and tuition reimbursement.
