Job Requirements
- Must have minimum 5-6 years experience in food and beverage director or comparable multi-outlet leadership role
- Proven success in luxury resort hotels or large scale multi-outlet dining environments
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and varied hours
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Must hold current food safety certification
- Demonstrated ownership mindset and accountability
- Ability to handle complaints and resolve conflicts effectively
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-6 years experience as food and beverage director director of operations DOFB director of restaurants director of outlets multi-unit general manager or comparable multioutlet role in large scale high-volume restaurant or hotel operation with combined revenue of 30 million or more
- Proven background in luxury resort hotels or complex multi-outlet dining environments with multiple cuisines and service models
- Track record of excellent longevity in past positions and overall career progression
- Comprehensive knowledge of expense control related to payroll forecasting and budgeting
- Strong knowledge of elevated food wine and spirits
- Refined interpersonal skills with ability to value human component equally with financial
- Process driven with ability to implement operating procedures to maximize efficiency
- Creative and collaborative problem solver with ability to work well under pressure
- Passion for providing award-winning service experience
- Food safety certification
Job Duties
- Direct and coordinate overall food and beverage operations property-wide including all bars lobby space room service and restaurant outlets
- Maintain highest standard of service and quality including food production equipment control banquet service room service beverage service restaurant service and purchasing
- Provide strategic oversight of multiple restaurant outlets ensuring consistency creativity and operational excellence
- Strategize on new products and service offerings then execute those offerings
- Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation standards
- Lead mentor and train the food and beverage operations team
- Interview select train schedule coach and support associates ensuring performance aligns with brand standards
