Job Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the business, ensuring budget management, operational compliance, and resolution of administrative issues
- Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients throughout the entire event process from planning to execution and follow-up
- Provide strategic leadership and maintain effective communication among clients, Event Managers, Culinary and Purchasing departments, and operations staff
- Coordinate and manage food and beverage services during events to ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service standards
- Monitor inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships to ensure cost control and quality
- Lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve departmental and organizational goals
