Job Duties

Oversee the daily operations of the business, ensuring budget management, operational compliance, and resolution of administrative issues
Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients throughout the entire event process from planning to execution and follow-up
Provide strategic leadership and maintain effective communication among clients, Event Managers, Culinary and Purchasing departments, and operations staff
Coordinate and manage food and beverage services during events to ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service standards
Monitor inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships to ensure cost control and quality
Lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve departmental and organizational goals
