Job Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the business, ensuring budget management, operational compliance, and resolution of administrative issues
- Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients throughout the entire event process from planning to execution and follow-up
- Provide strategic leadership and maintain effective communication among clients, Event Managers, Culinary and Purchasing departments, and operations staff
- Manage scheduling and logistics to accommodate events with attendance ranging from 1,500 to 80,000 people
- Monitor and evaluate F&B operations to improve efficiency and service quality
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Prepare reports on event performance and operational outcomes
