Job Description

Hilton Hotels is a globally renowned leader in the hospitality industry, recognized for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining a commitment to excellence across its portfolio of world-class hotels and resorts. With a history rooted in genuine hospitality and a vision to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality, Hilton continues to set the standard for the future of travel. The company is not only committed to creating memorable stays for its guests but also prides itself on fostering an award-winning workplace culture that values integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency. Hilton's dedication to these core values has earned it repeated recognition on the World’s Best Workplaces list by Great Place to Work and Fortune, making it a sought-after employer for hospitality professionals worldwide.

The role of Food & Beverage Director at Hilton Hotels is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational excellence of the entire Food and Beverage (F&B) department within the hotel. This role involves the critical task of maximizing profitability and guest satisfaction by ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and marketing initiatives are consistently met. As the Food & Beverage Director, you will lead a dynamic team, manage budgets, forecast operational needs, and implement policies that guarantee seamless daily operations. You will also be responsible for cost control in food, beverage, and labor while driving revenue growth through innovative marketing and service enhancements. This position demands a strong focus on regulatory compliance, including health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness, to foster a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members alike.

This is a full-time role at a hotel operated by an independent franchisee affiliated with Hilton. The franchisee oversees all employment practices, including recruiting, hiring, salary, benefits, and compensation. If hired, you will be employed directly by the franchisee and not Hilton itself, with compensation and benefits administered by the franchisee. This arrangement highlights the autonomy of franchisees in managing their workforce while maintaining Hilton’s standards of excellence.

Joining Hilton as a Food & Beverage Director means becoming part of a prestigious global hospitality brand that supports your professional growth with opportunities for development and career advancement. Hilton emphasizes a culture of recognition, engagement, and continuous learning, encouraging its leaders to inspire their teams and uphold the company’s core values. If you have a passion for hospitality and leadership, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact on guest experiences and contribute to the success of one of the most respected names in the hotel industry. Join Hilton to help make every stay memorable and every team member feel valued.
