Job Requirements
- Four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience
- four to five years of related hospitality management experience
- advanced knowledge of food and beverage principles and practices
- strong supervisory and management communication skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- physical ability to supervise on-floor activities
- ability to work inside 90% of the workday with occasional exposure to low temperatures and chemicals
- ability to assist during peak business demands with limited physical activities
Job Qualifications
- Four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience
- four to five years of related hospitality management experience
- advanced knowledge of food and beverage principles and practices
- strong supervisory and management communication skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to analyze information and make logical decisions
Job Duties
- Plan and manage the restaurant(s), room service, and lounge(s) to achieve customer satisfaction
- ensure compliance with corporate/franchise policies and federal, state, and local regulations
- prepare forecasts, implement, monitor, and control budgets for various outlets
- manage recruitment, training, coaching, performance reviews, and conflict resolution within the division
- develop and manage annual budget, marketing plan, and business objectives
- implement company programs to ensure SOP compliance including safety and sanitary regulations
- market food and beverage outlets through menus, promotions, and presentations
- manage maintenance and sanitation of food and beverage areas and equipment
- resolve customer complaints to maintain satisfaction and quality
