The role of Food and Beverage Director at Brookwood Hospitality is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $73,104 to $83,860 annually. This pivotal role is charged with overseeing the comprehensive food and beverage operations at the winery's established restaurant. The successful candidate will play an integral role in driving the restaurant's operational success by ensuring the highest standards in quality, service, and profitability. This position requires a dynamic leader capable of managing multiple facets of food and beverage delivery, including but not limited to coffee service, banquets, the dietary department, bartending, and catering.

Beyond day-to-day management, the Food and Beverage Director is expected to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing both the customer experience and the financial performance of the food and beverage offerings. Effective inventory management, stringent cost control, and compliance with health and safety standards are key components of this role. The Director will also be instrumental in staff training, development, and supervision to ensure a motivated, knowledgeable, and service-oriented team.
