The Director of Food & Beverage at Raffles Boston holds a critical leadership role, responsible for elevating the dining experience across the hotel’s numerous food and beverage outlets including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquet operations. This is a full-time permanent position based in Boston, Massachusetts, offering a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 185,000 to USD 190,000, plus bonuses. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in F&B
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior F&B leadership role
  • Strong financial management skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to be physically present across venues with extended periods of standing and walking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience in luxury or ultra-luxury hotel environments
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role such as Director of Food & Beverage or equivalent
  • Proven success managing diverse high-end dining concepts
  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in revenue growth and cost control
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business, or related field preferred
  • Deep knowledge of luxury service standards and culinary trends
  • Demonstrated leadership and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to inspire and manage large teams effectively

Job Duties
