The Little Rock Marriott is currently seeking a talented Director of Food & Beverage to join their leadership team. This pivotal role involves leading and managing multiple culinary outlets, including the Heritage Grille Restaurant, banquets, room service, and the on-site Starbucks, ensuring all areas operate seamlessly while driving revenue growth.   • minimum 4 years of food and beverage management experience preferably in hotel settings
  • strong leadership and team development abilities
  • excellent communication skills

  • ability to deliver high standards of guest service
  • availability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Job Qualifications
