Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in hospitality management culinary arts or related field preferred
- minimum five years in food and beverage management roles preferably in upscale or cultural settings
- experience supervising up to 25 associates
- strong budgetary and forecasting skills
- excellent hospitality customer service skills
- ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- knowledge of health safety and food safety regulations
- high energy self-motivated and passionate about the food and beverage industry
- must be able to prepare and manage financial reports and forecasts
Job Qualifications
- proven leadership experience in food and beverage management within country clubs cultural centers hotels or museums
- strong organizational and time management skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- proficiency in microsoft word and excel
- knowledge of culinary trends and food preparation
- experience in budget management forecasting and cost control
- track record of training and managing hospitality teams
- ability to foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Job Duties
- direct and organize daily food and beverage operations to maintain high standards of quality service and merchandising
- lead and inspire a management team while providing timely follow-up to exceed customer expectations and company standards
- communicate clear goals and expectations to associates and foster a positive collaborative work environment
- monitor and respond to guest feedback by implementing improvements to enhance dining experiences
- prepare staffing guidelines and sales forecasts to meet budgetary goals
- manage budgets including annual budgets and weekly forecasts for revenues labor costs and expenses
- collaborate with operations catering sales and culinary departments to ensure event and service completion according to standards
