Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in hospitality management culinary arts or related field preferred
- minimum five years in food and beverage management roles preferably in upscale or cultural settings
- experience supervising up to 25 associates
- strong budgetary and forecasting skills
- excellent hospitality customer service skills
- ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- knowledge of health safety and food safety regulations
- high energy self-motivated and passionate about the food and beverage industry
- must be able to prepare and manage financial reports and forecasts
