Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management
  • proven track record of leading large teams
  • strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • excellent communication skills
  • valid food handling certification
  • ability to lead under pressure
  • proactive problem-solving skills
  • commitment to customer service excellence

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Direct all Food & Beverage operations including dining cruises, specialty events, and dockside experiences
  • ensure flawless execution of every cruise with a focus on consistency, quality, and timing
  • maintain the highest standards in food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
  • champion a guest-first culture rooted in Southern hospitality and elevated service
  • design and refine immersive dining experiences that complement the riverboat journey
  • lead service recovery efforts with professionalism and urgency to exceed expectations
  • train and develop a high-performing team of managers and crew members
