Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management
- proven track record of leading large teams
- strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
- excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- excellent communication skills
- valid food handling certification
- ability to lead under pressure

Job Duties
- Direct all Food & Beverage operations including dining cruises, specialty events, and dockside experiences
- ensure flawless execution of every cruise with a focus on consistency, quality, and timing
- maintain the highest standards in food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
- champion a guest-first culture rooted in Southern hospitality and elevated service
- design and refine immersive dining experiences that complement the riverboat journey
- lead service recovery efforts with professionalism and urgency to exceed expectations
- train and develop a high-performing team of managers and crew members
