Job Duties
- oversee all culinary and beverage operations across the hotel and resort
- manage multiple outlets including banquets, Heritage Grille Restaurant, room service, and Starbucks
- drive revenue growth and operational excellence
- lead concept development and menu innovation
- collaborate with culinary and service teams to maintain quality and service standards
- interpret financial and operational data into actionable plans
- manage budgets and achieve financial targets
