  • 4+ years of experience in food and beverage management
  • ability to interpret financial and operational data into operational plan
  • strong leadership skills
  • ability to create and execute unique food and beverage concepts
  • knowledge of industry trends
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to manage budgets and achieve financial targets

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • oversee all culinary and beverage operations across the hotel and resort
  • manage multiple outlets including banquets, Heritage Grille Restaurant, room service, and Starbucks
  • drive revenue growth and operational excellence
  • lead concept development and menu innovation
  • collaborate with culinary and service teams to maintain quality and service standards
  • interpret financial and operational data into actionable plans
  • manage budgets and achieve financial targets
