Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4 years of food and beverage management experience preferably in hotel setting
- Strong leadership abilities and team motivation skills
- Capacity to create and execute unique culinary and beverage concepts
- Excellent financial management skills including budgeting and achieving targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with food and beverage operational data and trend analysis
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in food and beverage management preferably in hotels
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to interpret financial and operational data into actionable plans
- Knowledge of current food and beverage industry trends and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in delivering outstanding guest experiences
Job Duties
- Lead and manage all food and beverage outlets
- Develop and implement new menus and culinary concepts
- Oversee food and beverage operations ensuring high-quality service standards
- Manage budgeting and financial targets for food and beverage department
- Motivate and develop team members through effective leadership
- Monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices
