Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 4 years of food and beverage management experience preferably in hotel setting
  • Strong leadership abilities and team motivation skills
  • Capacity to create and execute unique culinary and beverage concepts
  • Excellent financial management skills including budgeting and achieving targets
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on experience with food and beverage operational data and trend analysis

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in food and beverage management preferably in hotels
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to interpret financial and operational data into actionable plans
  • Knowledge of current food and beverage industry trends and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in delivering outstanding guest experiences

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage all food and beverage outlets
  • Develop and implement new menus and culinary concepts
  • Oversee food and beverage operations ensuring high-quality service standards
  • Manage budgeting and financial targets for food and beverage department
  • Motivate and develop team members through effective leadership
  • Monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences and satisfaction
