The Director of Food & Beverage, also titled General Manager – Food & Beverage, will hold a pivotal leadership role. Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management, food service management, culinary management, or related field preferred
  • or associate degree plus 5-7 years of relevant leadership experience
  • minimum 5+ years of foodservice or hospitality management leadership
  • experience in upscale restaurant, luxury hotel food & beverage, or corporate dining environments
  • strong knowledge of food production and culinary trends
  • strong knowledge of catering operations
  • strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • strong knowledge of cost controls and inventory management
  • strong knowledge of retail dining and café operations
  • proven leadership, coaching, and employee engagement skills
  • excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • strong analytical and financial acumen

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management, food service management, culinary management, or related field preferred

  • experience in upscale restaurant, luxury hotel food & beverage, or corporate dining environments
  • demonstrated success managing p&l performance and operational budgets
  • multi-unit or large-scale dining leadership experience preferred
  • strong knowledge of food production and culinary trends, catering operations, food safety and sanitation standards, cost controls and inventory management, retail dining and café operations, retail marketing strategies
  • proven leadership, coaching, and employee engagement skills
  • excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • proficiency with microsoft office and operational systems
